  Ordered food in a mostly empty restaurant waited 45 mins and had to go and ask where our food was...when it arrived my child's pasta looked like it had been warmed in the microwave then left to go cold as it was like warm and dry and hard...the grilled hollumi was like rubber and the other child's wrap meal looked nothing like the picture and even the wraps where they had been on the plate were covered in grease from the grilled chicken.. .grilled I think not...no sorry no customer service at all...would have been nice to know there was a wait but I don't think there was as everyone who came in after us waited a lot less...guessing they stuck our food on the side and forgot...an apology would have been nice...will not use again!
